Have you tried anti-anxiety medications? They can really help. Your anxiety isn't real. It is caused by a chemical imbalance in your brain. So anti-anxiety medications can balance that chemical imbalance out. Talk therapy alone won't do it.
Exercise can help with anxiety. Also, you must manage any triggers of your anxiety, i.e., listening to sad songs or reading things that make you sad or anxious; certain people that make you anxious; certain situations that make you anxious. You have to find out what things make you anxious and manage them. Also, one of the most important things you can do is find hobbies or activities that you love and enjoy and throw yourself into them like gardening, sports, literature, skiing, etc. When you are active in those activities you mind doesn't have time to focus on anxiety and it will give your mind a breather, which will then help calm you down.
